Rückseite: Straßenverzeichnis und "Kleiner Führer" (Verkehrsverbindungen, Behörden, Sehenswürdigkeiten).

Es lohnt auch ein Vergleich dieses historischen Plans mit unseren aktuellen Potsdam-Plänen: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten existieren noch heute, wie die Schlösser in Sanssouci und Babelsberg. Die historische Mühle und das Belvedere auf dem Pfingstberg wurden wieder aufgebaut oder hergerichtet.
